Finished Study

I have finished all my study in Seattle!! (>_<)/
Thank you for your support.

It was the last class for Corporate Finance.
Unusually the class was full today.
I did not realize so many students still had taken the class.
(I have seen them once or twice in class.)

They paid for the class, because they wanted to study, right?
Hummm, I cannot understand why they did not attend the class most of the time.
They must be rich. They do not care even if they waist money.

BTW, I spoke Japanese after a long time. Nigel introduced me to a Japanese guy who will be a PhD student at UW. He must be super smart like Nigel.

I guess, I should study hard as well.
But I want to take a rest for a while. (If it's possible, forever...)

I wouldn't say they're rich, but disconnected. In most cases, it's their parents or some loan that's paying for college (which is still through them, but not directly so they're not fully understanding the economics of their decisions). You see it all the time. You also get that "party mentality," which leads some to think they don't need to go to class to learn the material. Unfortunately, that's sometimes true. Even still, I'm not a proponent of missing class - I think a lot is gained from class discussion, but the UW is a lot different from Pomona.

I see. I have had the same idea that I did not need to learn in class. when I was studying computers, I thought it was too easy or I could understand without the teacher.
But I agree with you; a lot is gained from class discussion.
